This morning I went with a referral for a mammogram to make an appointment. It turned out that there was no need to make an appointment in advance, because after 15 minutes my mammogram was already done. Maybe it was luck, I don't know, but it happened right away. The short wait was at the registration desks and finally for the results. You need to first go to the X-ray registry, then to the general registry and then back to the X-ray registry. In both places I was served politely and with a smile. The mammogram there is new, and the young woman M. Slavova, who took my pictures, was very attentive and respectful. (Complete opposite of the rude attitude that the employee of the oncology registry showed on the phone this morning).

The reception staff at the hospital were really awful. I had booked an appointment through Superdoc, but when I arrived, they told me there was no record of it. The staff were rude, and even the doctors had a bad attitude. In the end, I canceled everything. Avoid this place—there are better hospitals in Burgas.

Disgusting attitude of the lady who answered the phone. 20 people were waiting for her to talk to me to make an appointment. The conversation lasted less than a minute and I didn't make an appointment. I contacted the doctor personally and without a murmur from him I made an appointment. Then why were the clients grumbling...

one star is too many for this parody of a "hospital" or rather ENT "Dr" Mariana Vasileva - the same one with "a lot of brains" only to comment on patients when it doesn't even occur to her that there may be examiners, I absolutely do not recommend her except to smoke cigarettes outside by the underpass, she can't do anything else. The same job is "Dr" from office No. 12

The year is 2025, we are in the European Union, but in this hospital the systems are still not working. Patients with pre-booked appointments wait for hours, and the hospital is full of self-proclaimed “doctors” who can’t even see in front of them. If you care about your health and mental state – STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO-CALLED HOSPITAL!
