Due to an incorrect diagnosis, my son got worse. I asked to speak to the doctor, but the receptionist refused to give me his phone number. I called a second time, and they asked me - "what didn't I understand, the doctor is away." Only when the other voice heard that pus was flowing from the rashes, the doctor suddenly appeared and decided to consult us over the phone, because he had an appointment for an examination next week...
