I cannot recommend Dr Ricardo and Janaina highly enough. Dr Ricardo replaced my breast implants last May after both had become capsulated, and he also had to repair and stitch my left chest muscle. From the very first consultation through to long after surgery, the time, patience, and care from both Dr Ricardo and Janaina has been exceptional. You are never made to feel rushed or like just another patient. You are truly in the most loving, caring, and safe hands. They ensure the entire medical team is fully informed and looking after you properly, and they personally follow up constantly. They will literally turn up at the drop of a hat to make sure you are okay, which gives you such peace of mind. The results speak for themselves. After having several botched surgeries over the years, my breasts are finally even and look better than they ever have. I honestly could not be happier. So much so, that my daughter had a breast reduction with them three weeks ago. She went from a J cup down to a D and is absolutely living her new body. The care, guidance, and advice they give is on another level unlike anything I’ve experienced with any other doctor or surgeon. More recently, I developed an infection unrelated to my surgery. While other doctors were unsure whether it was internal medicine or gynaecological, Dr Ricardo and Janaina immediately took me under their wing. They made sure I had all the correct tests and procedures and supported me every step of the way with genuine love and concern. They are a duo who truly care about their patients as people, not just cases. I also have several friends who have had surgery with them and all say exactly the same. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Truly the best, and kindest duo in the medical industry. My experience with Dr Ricardo, and Janaína was phenomenal. Not only are they incredibly considerate and caring, the results I have gotten are incredible. I lost a large amount of weight, and decided to go for a consultation to get an arm & breast lift since I had a lot of excess skin. I can’t say enough good things about being under the Ferlas’ care. Dr Ricardo and Jainina really listened to what I wanted to achieve, and helped formulate and express my goals. They guided me to make the right decision for my needs without any pressure or sales pitch, and the whole process went so smoothly. Contact was easy and smooth throughout with WhatsApp. My recovery went extremely smoothly and I credit a lot of that to excellent surgery and post op advice and follow up care.
