Had the BEST experience at AAAP Clinic – Jumeirah 🤍 The entire team was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. Dr. Passant truly has magic hands — I felt zero pain during my first Botox treatment and felt so calm and reassured the entire time. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience feel effortless. This is definitely the place to be for all beauty treatments. Highly recommend and I’ll 100% be back ✨

I have gone for a facial with Haya and I am amazed. First of all, she is lovely and has been always making sure that I was comfortable. Secondly, the facial has been personalized, she asked me questions about my skin, then she looked at my skin and only then she decided which type of treatment was better for me. That has shown me how professional she is, because as someone with very sensitive skin I was a little bit worried about products that could damage my skin but she chose products that are gentle on my skin. Without a doubt they have gained my trust and respect. A great team of professionals.

Aesthetic Clinic Review My experience at the clinic was excellent from start to finish. The reception team was welcoming, efficient, and very helpful. The staff explained every detail clearly and professionally. The doctor was highly skilled, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided honest advice without pushing unnecessary treatments. The clinic is extremely clean, the atmosphere is comfortable, and you can feel the professionalism from the first visit. The results were natural and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

For me to write a bad review, something really has to upset me. My first visit, I believe, was in December, and my laser technician (Amu) was wonderful — very attentive, gentle and professional. She carefully asked what areas I wanted to treat and whether certain zones should be avoided. Unfortunately, my last visit was a completely different experience. First of all, every time you arrive at the reception, you are greeted by a very unfriendly administrator (twice it was the same girl). It immediately creates a negative first impression of the clinic. The technician during my last visit behaved like a robot. She shaved hair in areas that I never asked to treat and then used the laser there as well. I specifically did not want to touch those areas because I was worried about making things worse. Yes, I understand that I have a very hairy body, but that absolutely does not mean someone can treat areas without my consent. Once she had already shaved them, I felt like I had no choice. The whole procedure felt rushed and almost aggressive, as if she was irritated or angry. Compared to Amu, who was very gentle and attentive, this experience was the complete opposite. To be honest, the technician also looked like she was performing the procedure for the first time. She didn’t even cover my moles until I asked about it. Only after that did she say, “If you want, we can cover them,” which honestly surprised me. Now I’m very curious to see the results, because the way the procedure was done makes me feel like this was simply money wasted. To say that I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I have never had such a bad experience anywhere in Dubai. It’s very upsetting when you pay for a service and leave the clinic feeling this way.

came for the baby facial + salmon dna The facial doctor was professional, welcoming, and informative, she was the only positive part of my visit. The doctor who administered the salmon DNA injection, however, was abrupt and unprofessional. She walked in without greeting me and immediately tried to inject while I was clearly occupied. When I asked her to wait a few seconds, she responded, “dear, I have other patients,” which was unnecessary and disrespectful given I had a booked appointment. Even more concerning, no effort was made to show or verify the product being used (e.g., expiry date), which should be standard practice for any injectable treatment. Basic courtesy and transparency shouldn’t be optional.
