Chiara is so caring and she carefully listens to all your needs and answer to all of your questions, explaining in details what's the procedure will look like. She is really an incredible doctor and you feel totally at ease with her. Highly recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Osama from the Urology Department. His attitude was unprofessional and lacked basic respect. Communication was poor, and we felt dismissed rather than properly cared for. I expected much better from a doctor in such a reputable place. I would not recommend him based on our experience.
