I hereby submit this formal complaint to express my deep dissatisfaction and serious concern regarding the medical care provided to my wife by Dr. Afaf at your clinic. Unfortunately, during multiple visits, the doctor demonstrated unprofessional and inconsistent behavior. We observed that she was frequently distracted and using her mobile phone while examining my wife, which is completely unacceptable and contrary to basic medical professionalism. More critically, Dr. Afaf failed to prescribe blood-thinning medication, despite my wife’s medical condition clearly requiring it. This was later confirmed by several other specialist doctors, who expressed concern and questioned why this medication had not been prescribed. They also emphasized the necessity of administering the medication and conducting regular and careful monitoring of the baby’s growth. Regrettably, no proper medical follow-up or close monitoring of fetal growth was provided throughout the pregnancy. As a result of this deficiency in medical care, my wife was referred to Corniche Hospital, where the medical team requested all ultrasound images and medical reports from the early stages of pregnancy up to the eighth month. When I returned to the clinic to obtain these records, I was asked to pay AED 100 to receive the reports and ultrasound images. This request is unjustified and unacceptable, particularly since the health insurance fully covers pregnancy care, and I have already paid for all consultations and examinations on a regular basis. These medical records are a legal right of the patient, and charging additional fees to obtain them is inappropriate. Overall, the level of medical care provided by Dr. Afaf and the clinic was extremely poor, characterized by a lack of follow-up, weak medical responsibility, and clear administrative mismanagement

I honestly didn’t expect such unprofessional service from a hospital of this size. I came here to take my Vitamin D injection, which I had purchased from their own pharmacy. Unfortunately, no one informed me that I was supposed to go to their treatment room to get it administered. Because of that, I had to return another day already inconvenient enough with my work schedule. When I finally managed to go back, I was shocked to be told that their treatment room closes at 8:00 PM. It was only 8:30 PM when I arrived! For a large hospital, not a small clinic, closing that early without any clear notice or communication is simply unacceptable. At the very least, they should inform patients clearly about such policies when medication is purchased. I went to other clinics hoping to take the injection elsewhere, but was told it had to be done at the same facility where it was prescribed so I had no choice but to come back again. This entire situation wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. It’s disappointing to see such poor coordination and lack of consideration for patients who have jobs, responsibilities, and limited time. A hospital of this standard should do better—starting with proper communication and more professional service hours. I don’t recommend this place to anyone
