My experience with the clinic and the doctor was excellent. The doctor was skilled, gentle, and professional during the injections. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of clear and accurate information regarding pricing. When I called to ask about underarm Botox for sweating, I was informed that the cost was around AED 1,000, but at checkout I was surprised to find the actual price was AED 3,000. The clinic should ensure that customers receive correct and transparent pricing information. Explaining afterward that AED 1,000 referred to forehead Botox was misleading, especially since my inquiry was specifically about underarm treatment. This felt unclear and unfair to the customer.
