I recently came here for a procedure, overall i was not happy with the professionalism of this clinic. When asking the staff if i would have any side effects, they said ‘no’ however after the procedure my face was swollen and I have been experiencing muscle tightness for a few days. Additionally, I was not shown the packaging for the product used; so I don’t feel certain that they are using the real product. The shop is nice but they can benefit from being more transparent with the customer. For the price, I don’t recommend this clinic.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I understand that natural facial asymmetry is normal. However, I chose this clinic expecting professional expertise to help improve the balance of my chin with filler. Unfortunately, after the procedure, my chin was still uneven. What was worse than the result was the explanation from the doctor. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a proper solution, I was told that it is “impossible” to make my chin symmetrical. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for aesthetic treatment. Additionally, the doctor made an inappropriate and unprofessional comparison, mentioning that even my tattooed eyebrows are not symmetrical. This comment felt irrelevant, dismissive, and disrespectful. The only solution offered was dissolving the filler, which left me with no results at all—just a complete loss of money and time. Very disappointed with both the service and the professionalism. I would not recommend this clinic.
