The place was clean. Staff at the front desk were helpful. The doctor is very nice and gentle with procedure.

The staff provided good advice and the doctor was very skilled and could fix the problem right away.

They lie on line and refuse a proper consultation with a doctor, despite paying a hefty deposit for an appointment. Upon arriving, I was met by a receptionist at the lobby, she looked at my head, and said "ok surgery tomorrow?". This is not what I expected, so I asked for the doctor like they promised, and they made me wait about an hour. Turns out the doctor was in the middle of a surgery and talked to me for about 2 minutes in the hallway, extremely rushed, with no proper consultation. She told me I would have to take diazepam to knock me out. I said I dont feel comfortable, and she said I have no choice. They even didnt want to refund my appointment deposit. I had to sit there and argue with them to give it back. I had to force them to call their account and give me a refund.

They refuse consultation with the doctor before an operation. They first brought me in, saying I was going to meet the doctor, which was not true, I wasted my time talking for 1 hour with someone who didn't know the proper information. Then I met the doctor 2 minutes in a rush, then she left and they refused that I meet her again before what would have been a big surgery saying that I can just ask questions on Line instead

Clinic said I was too fat. It was a health risk for them to give me surgery. Wasted an entire day. Went to another clinic. They had no problem doing my transplant. If you are that afraid of doing hair transplants you need to close your doors.
