The staff are friendly and attentive, offering nice touches like water bottles after handling admin tasks. The doctor is super approachable and explains everything clearly. The clinic's design is beautiful and easy to find. I'm already planning my next visit!

Cocktail Clinic, Dr Kony speaks good English. She is very gentle, detailed and very professional. She explained to me every part of process very well. The anesthesia do feel slight needle pain but in my opinion is bearable. However after anesthesia I do not feel any pain or any discomfort during the whole process. I will recommend anyone who is keen to try threadlift to consider doing here in cocktail clinic. 😃👍

As it was my first time here, I had a lot of queries and doctor was very patient and explained the steps for each procedure so I could decide on what to get. During the procedures, she ensure that I was okay before proceeding on. The staffs were not pushy at all. Would definitely come back again!
