All staff have good service minded. The clinic has a good time managing for all customers and this clinic also has clean common area for the customer to rest.

Been using the services from this establishment for years. Always provide great services without any hard sale. Recommended.

I think the Clover has a very good service. I love this product so much:)

The facial treatment is sold as a 4-step process: 1 – Makeup removal with cotton pads. 2 – A nose patch that’s very easy to find in stores. 3 – A gold mask that you can buy at 7-Eleven. For phases 2 and 3, you stay alone in the room and wait for 15–20–30min. Then comes phase 4: a 20 cryotherapy machine session. Out of the 80-minute treatment, about 25 minutes are spent with the staff — some are very kind, others more sales-oriented. So there are 4 are in total, and 3 of them can actually be done at home. I’ll let you draw your own conclusions.

Catastrophic experience at this establishment. I paid for a very mediocre service. I ended up leaving in the middle of the treatment after being left alone for nearly an hour with a simple patch … something you could easily do yourself at home. There was no proper apology and no refund. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
