I have just returned to Perth after having an Endoscopic Brow Lift with Dr Piyapas Pichaichanarong, who is an incredible surgeon. I cannot rate Phuket Plastic Surgery Institute (PPSI) high enough! The team of doctors, nurses and staff members are absolutely incredible, from first point of contact via email in Australia to my last follow up appointment in Phuket two weeks after surgery. Dr Piyapas was very informative, honest and kind, I was a bit nervous about the surgery, but Dr Piyapas, and his Anaesthetist both put me at ease, and they both did a fantastic job before and after surgery. My Anaesthetist was there to wake me up, and managed my pain level straight away back in my private room, along with the lovely nurses who cared for me and checked on me hourly. The level of service at this hospital it unbelievable, the breakfast, lunch and dinners were divine, the food and drinks did not stop coming. Straight after surgery I didn’t look great, my eyes were a bit puffy but I expected worse, and the very next day I looked and felt perfectly fine, to be honest less than a week later you couldn’t even tell. Dr Piyapas, has done an incredible job, I would highly recommend him and his colleagues at PPSI. Also, Phuket is the best place for recovery, not only did I return home looking great with my new brow lift, I had a lovely sun tan, and I also felt mentally calm and relaxed. Thank you to everyone at PPSI.

The best Hospital, I think its the biggest hospital in Phuket Thailand, nice and clean. I flight from dubai to phuket for my breast implant surgery, this is my first time to have surgery. I kinda nervous and anxious but this hospital really amazing. Staff very kind and friendly, i have my breast implant with motiva, my surgeon is Dr Sanguan Kunaporn, he is so good, he make me calm, he has a great smile and very very professional, from consulting till operating he always makes me smile and calm. The hospital room like a hotel with 5 stars service, room, bathroom, my bed it’s good clean big, with tv and aircon. Every one hour nurse keep come and check my body temperature and blood pressure, I feel good and safe. The food service very delicious, people’s witnesses breast implant very very painful after woke up from surgery but I feel almost no pain, it’s feel easy and good. I can eat well, walk by my self to wash room. This feeling so amazing, the results will be great and I am really thankful. Kindly recommend PPSI hospital for plastic surgery

Outstanding service, and outstanding staff. Dr Piyapas is fantastic and an exceptional surgeon. Couldn't fault any aspect from pick-up and transport, to pre-surgery consultations, post surgery care, follow-up, and of course the results. Highly recommend PPSI, and Dr Piyapas.

The surgeons might be amazing, but actually talking to them has proven impossible. If you end up talking to someone called "Jason" just ignore the email, start again and hope you get someone else. After three months with replies from Jason a month apart and no useful information in any of them, he'd suddenly said I was due for male-to-female GRS in a couple weeks and my online consult with Dr.Singto (not the doctor I requested) only a couple of days away. That consult got cancelled a couple hours beforehand because Jason gave me the incomplete and incorrect payment information and part of the bits I had to find and fix myself was incorrect. The information he'd gave me was for partly bit from two separate banks, neither in Phuket, with an address for the transaction that was just a suburb in Phuket with no street address (though not the suburb where the hospital is either). After sending through more money to cover that (6,000 baht total) with the correct information, which Jason refused to provide me and I still had to go scrounging for myself, the second attempt at a consult was cancelled a couple hours beforehand because, even though all the information was correct, their accounting department doesn't know how to read an international transfer receipt so the last minute consult Jason booked was impossible anyway, because you have to wait two weeks for the money to actually come though. If it comes through, and he hasn't given me the wrong information again. Despite asking several times, Jason still hasn't given me the correct (or even complete) payment information. This is apparently not an isolated incident with PPSI but is isolated to talking to "Jason" specifically. Pretty sure I'm just going to be left in limbo because there's no way to pay for my consult if the person I'm talking to won't tell me where to send the money. I would be sure this was a scam if the part where so bad at wasn't specifically the part where they're taking my money.

Unfortunately I have to give a low rating as I never got further than one email arranging for a consultation via Joshua. I was trying for an appointment - wrote 3 times - even put urgent! on the title but after giving the initial info - nobody got back to me. So I left Phuket thinking I will try elsewhere - where it follows through with professionalism. Very disappointing.
