Nirunda Clinic

I highly recommend Nirunda Clinic for gender reassignment surgery. I first contacted the clinic in 2019, and although my surgery was scheduled, it had to be postponed due to the pandemic. Throughout the two years of uncertainty, their team remained consistently supportive and responsive. Special mention to Chanya, who was incredibly attentive and patient with all my concerns during the entire pandemic period. Our communication never stopped, and that meant so much to me. When borders finally eased, we flew to Bangkok and everything went smoothly. From day one, they were very hands-on with my case. I believe I was one of their first patients after the pandemic, and the level of care and attention they gave me was exceptional. They even include Svem (one of their team member) who speak our language so my mom would feel comfortable and at home, which I truly appreciated. The entire team was kind, accommodating, and professional (Aom, Betty and Khun Tor) I also want to commend Dr. Poonpisamai—an excellent doctor. My surgery went very well, and up to now, the results are very good. I am extremely thankful. From 2019 until my surgery in 2022 their service remained consistently excellent. Nirunda Clinic has become a meaningful part of my journey, and I will always be grateful. I highly, highly recommend them.

Excellent from start to finish I had two large face moles removed in March 25. Was very impressed. I’m from the UK and staff spoke perfect English. I was nervous, but all was fully explained and the nurse was aware how anxious I was about the anaesthetic and couldn’t have been more kind. Initial consultation was extremely thorough, then pricing was all explained without any pressure. I decided to go ahead there and then and didn’t regret it for a second. From arriving at the clinic to departing an hour later, I’d had 2 face moles that had knocked my confidence my entire adult life laser removed. I left walking on air & only wish I’d had them removed sooner. Returned again in November 25, this time for another mole removal in my face & on my leg. Also my husband joined me this time for a couple of mole removals. We both think the clinic is excellent, very professional & are very happy with our results. Would 100% recommend, and will no doubt return again when Back in Bangkok next year.

Such a great experience especially for my first visit. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I went in for acne scar treatment, and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. They gave me really helpful and honest advice, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this clinic. This review is for last December Visiting. Staff were helpful and hospitality. The appointment was on time to consult with doctor who was kind and considerate. She was incredibly helpful and answer my all questions with medical reasons. So, I left this review that happy with the results. And special thanks for your advise to the fantastic local street food near your place, I loved them too.

I had clear, healthy skin before visiting this clinic. I went in only for routine maintenance and chose to try Nirunda based on the positive reviews I had seen. Unfortunately, the treatment I received caused significant damage to my skin, and I am now still undergoing recovery three months later. This is the second time I am posting this review because the impact of the treatment has been serious and ongoing. The condition of my face clearly reflects the harm caused, yet no responsibility was taken by the clinic—only an apology was offered. This experience has been both physically painful and deeply distressing, and it is not something I believe should be dismissed so lightly.
