The doctor was very kind and gave detailed advice. Her technique was meticulous, and the scar is noticeably smooth. Overall, the clinic is modern and clean. All the staff provided excellent service.

I made the right decision to have my lower eyelid bags removed by Dr. Prae. Two weeks after the surgery, everyone is commenting on how youthful I look. It wasn't as painful as I expected; Dr. Prae has a very gentle touch, and all the staff are lovely 💗

Good atmosphere, clean, beautiful clinic, convenient parking (can park at Por Kung Phao and inform them that you are coming to the clinic). The clinic is properly registered and is looked after by real specialist doctors, which can be verified. The staff gives good advice and is skilled.

The clinic is clean and trustworthy. Each doctor has an excellent profile, so you can rest assured and trust them completely. I had the opportunity to have eye surgery with Dr. Prae, who was lovely and explained everything clearly. I am very satisfied with the results. I feel more confident in photos now, and my face looks brighter. The staff were also very friendly and cheerful.

The doctor was lovely and very attentive. However, the staff's work was not as attentive as it should have been. There was a promotion for post-eyelid surgery light therapy and skin brightening treatments, but they only provided light therapy to reduce swelling and prescribed medication. They didn't offer the skin brightening treatment (and didn't even ask why I was there, which shows attentiveness). The clinic scheduled a follow-up appointment in one week. 1-2 days after the procedure, staff called to follow up, noticing unevenness under my eyes. I told them I would come back in a week, but they didn't. When I inquired, they said I didn't need to come back for suture removal because it was an internal wound, even though we had already scheduled a follow-up appointment. I was very dissatisfied with the staff's lack of attentiveness and the way they handled my condition. I hope they will improve and be more sincere.
