I had my surgery at this clinic and I’m honestly very happy with the whole experience. From the first consultation to aftercare, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The team was incredibly supportive and made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. A special thank you to the nurses for being so caring, kind, and attentive — it really made a big difference during my recovery. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the effort and care from the entire team. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering surgery.

I was referred to the ID Clinic for breast augmentation. The staff was helpful and friendly, and I felt welcome. The consult with the doctor was the day before surgery, and though his fluency in English was challenged, he was able to satisfactorily answer my questions and address issues. Surgery day was easy and smooth. Though I was originally scheduled to spend a night in the clinic, I felt well enough to leave and walk next door to our hotel 3 hours or so after surgery. Follow up consults were quick and efficient. A request for itemized receipt with surgical codes was met with blank stares, so insurance reimbursement might be a challenge (MtF gender affirming surgery). Bookimed arranged this online, though at a 300% premium of similar services available at clinics used by locals. But if you don't have a local contact to assist, this service was still cheaper than similar services in USA. Overall, a positive experience at a relatively inexpensive cost.

Excellent clinic! The doctor has a lot of experience, the staff is very friendly and qualified. No problems with communication, almost the entire team speaks English. I went for a change of breast implants because I had not changed them for more than 12 years, the quality of implants that the clinic offered me is good and my surgery was excellent, I have no scar and pain and all the team and the doctor was always available to help with any need or question. The clinic is clean if you need to stay overnight, they have rooms and nurses for your help, they also speak English. They took care of all the medical exams before my surgery and all the medication afterwards as well. You can feel confident about choosing this clinic, they are very professional. I did my breast implant surgery in this clinic (we flew in from Canada) and Dr Phatcharasak Kraisornphongsakul was the surgeon who performed it. He seemed to be very professional and all the nurses were kind and dedicated toward all of my concerns. After the surgery, I’ve had 3 follow up appointments to make sure my recovery is successful. The staff was also always one text away if I had any questions. I’m very satisfied with my experience.
