The clinic is highly recommended. Personally, it’s my very first time trying hair removal by lasers and I was soooo scared honestly, but the staff here just made everything more relaxing and comfortable. The design of the clinic is interesting and the process is flawless. I will be absolutely trying other treatments at Gangnam Clinic.

Today I did underarm laser for free for the first time ! It hurts so much less than I expected ( in fact I didn't feel it at all at first ). The people were really nice and friendly and they talked to me during the laser process. Recommend

The price for their razor service is very similar to other clinic. But they uses very low volume razor on the machine as a way for the client to return often. Yes the stuff at the reception is friendly and theirs snack complementary for the client to snack on during the waiting room

I came in for a Dual Yellow Laser treatment expecting a gentle, non-invasive procedure. However, the first part of the treatment felt completely wrong. The nurse used a pointed device that was scraping my face quickly and roughly, almost like a gua sha or exfoliation. It felt abrasive and uncomfortable not like any Dual Yellow session I’ve had before. The second part of the treatment (the pulsing laser in circular motion) felt normal and familiar, but by then my face was already red, irritated, and itchy. I have sensitive skin, and I was never informed that any scraping or mechanical step would be involved before the laser. Right now my skin feels really inflamed, and I’m genuinely disappointed by the lack of care and explanation. A Dual Yellow session should not feel like someone scraping your skin with a pointed tool. To be honest I’m not even sure if it’s the real dual yellow laser, I really think it’s not. I think hard before I post this. I don’t normally write bad reviews like this, I know it hurts the business but I’m genuinely upset. I am also not sure if nurses can perform laser treatment by thai law. Shouldn’t lasers be done by a doctor? See those rash bumps on my face? That’s from the ขูดแรง ๆ scrapping.

That was my first time the clinic to do HPV injection, when I did consult they told me the side effects about two weeks muscle pain, but I keep pain over one month, that not normal, and can’t raise my arm. I contact their center , they let me contact Siam square clinic to arrange a doctor consultation. I called , they just told me that’s normal than hang off my call.
