Sister Ann's service was excellent and very impressive. All the nurses were lovely and provided great care. Dr. Fei was friendly and attentive to every case.

The staff member Cherine provided excellent service; she was lovely and friendly. The place was clean and tidy.

"I decided to have surgery here because we had a video call to discuss the details and get a price estimate before booking an appointment. However, upon arrival, several additional items were added to the price, which differed significantly from the initial agreement. I couldn't cancel because I had already paid a deposit of tens of thousands of baht. I would like the clinic to improve the clarity of pricing and inform clients accurately before they arrive. As for the results, I am not as satisfied as I expected. My breasts are of different shapes, and my nipples are pointing in different directions, requiring me to find another clinic for corrections and incurring additional costs. What I would like to commend is the doctor and the nurses; they were very kind, provided excellent service, and were always smiling. The clinic was very clean. My only regrets are the lack of clarity in pricing and the disappointing results."

I underwent gynecomastia surgery at this clinic after being assured that the main doctor would personally perform the procedure. However, the surgery was instead carried out by another doctor who had been brought in from outside, which was not what had been promised to me. Unfortunately, due to issues arising from the initial surgery, I had to undergo a revision surgery one year later. After the first surgery, I visited the clinic multiple times to show them the problems I was experiencing, but I felt that my concerns were repeatedly neglected. As a result, I have been left with permanent damage to one side of my nipple, which has caused me significant emotional distress and discomfort. In addition, obtaining medical documents from the clinic has been frustrating. Requests for important documents were often not handled promptly, and I frequently had to wait one or two days for responses. Since I do not live in Bangkok, having to travel there repeatedly for follow-up visits and treatment was both exhausting and inconvenient. Overall, this experience was far from what I expected when choosing this clinic. I believe there needs to be better transparency regarding who performs surgeries, greater attention to patients’ post-operative concerns, and improved administrative support and communication. I hope the clinic takes these issues seriously and works toward improving its standard of care and service.
