We had been looking for a safe, reliable, supportive and welcoming environment for a refreshed look for my wife (her decision) for some considerable time. This year she came across Beauty Butler in Bangkok Thailand. Jane and her team at Beauty Butler provided professional opinion, advice and confidence in the process through zoom meetings, and easy, reliable, responsive communications. The surgery with Dr Note was seamless, and provided a great outcome. The process and follow up care has been exceptional. The recovery accomodation has been second to none. While recovery can be challenging in the first few days, their kind, caring and professional expertise soothed anxieties and made for a more pleasant experience. The daily nurse visits were warmly welcomed. The nurses Coffee and Fai were delightful and attentive, and Jane was approachable at any time day and night. (ps using my google as she can’t verify to access hers!)

I cannot recommend Beauty Butler highly enough. I have received the most exceptional service from my initial enquiry, all the way through to surgery and the aftercare. From the beginning, I felt fully informed, supported, and genuinely cared for, which made travelling from Australia to Thailand for surgery such a smooth and stress-free experience. Beauty Butler was the only coordinator I came across who organised a Zoom consultation with the doctor BEFORE I was required to book or pay a deposit, which gave me so much confidence and trust in the process. Jane was absolutely exceptional as my coordinator - she was always available, responsive, and reassuring whenever I had questions, and nothing ever felt too hard or too much trouble. I had such a great experience with Beauty Butler Thailand. I came to Thailand for breast surgery and they organised everything...airport transfers, hospital, surgeon, and hotel, which made the whole trip easy and stress-free. The team always replied fast, were super kind, and checked on me the whole time. The hospital was clean and professional, and my surgeon made me feel really comfortable before surgery. I’m so happy with my results. They also sent amazing nurses to visit me at my hotel after surgery, which made recovery feel really safe and looked after. Beauty Butler is the Dream Team- I travelled solo from Fiji and have to admit I was really quite anxious when I got there. I had a deep plane facelift with endotine forehead lift and an Arm Lift in session 1. The following day I had an extended tummy tuck, liposuction upper belly and waist, and a breast lift. I would never have had the trust or confidence to have done all this without Jane. From my first enquiry - and I had a lot of questions to sorting my transfers, hotel, hospital visits, she has been amazing. I arrived 4 days early so Jane & Johannes were amazing hosts. Jane went with me to the hospital the day of my first surgery and stayed until I went into theatre. After my 2nd session they both turned up with the most stunning bouquet of flowers. The hospital Wansiri is just lovely- I would say 5 star- the staff are amazing- my nurses were so lovely and we had a lot of laughs trying to communicate sometimes but most of them have good English. The food is nothing like any hospital food I have had before- every meal was delicious. Bon - my hospital liaison was just the best- he bring me lattes and my favourite pastries every day, my surgeon Dr Jiraroch spoke good English, explained a lot, answered all my questions and made me very comfortable. I was in hospital 7 nights then I went back to my hotel where I had the lovely Nurse Bee (she is an absolute angel) come and help shower and clean my wounds each day. In total I was there 28 days, but that was my choice, as I was travelling alone. In the last week I was out and about doing what my body allowed me too. I cannot speak highly enough of Jane and Johannes- there is nothing they wouldn’t do for me - they are genuine, down to earth and really kind souls. And we became really close friends. I highly recommend Beauty Butler for the 5 star experience treatment.
