I had upper eyelid surgery on both eyes along with correction of my eye muscles, and honestly I was quite unsure beforehand. It wasn’t an easy decision for me. Thankfully, the doctor took plenty of time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions without any pressure, which made me feel much more confident about going ahead. On the day of the surgery I was a bit nervous, but I was welcomed by calm, friendly staff who quickly helped me relax. The procedure went very well — I actually fell asleep during the operation and was woken up when it was finished. Afterwards I didn’t have any real pain, just some mild discomfort the first evening. I did get some swelling and a few bruises, but far less than I had expected. Overall, the whole experience was honestly much better than I had imagined. I really felt seen, cared for and taken seriously throughout the entire process, which means a lot when you’re going through something like this. I can warmly recommend this clinic. If I ever need a similar procedure again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you for such a safe and positive experience.

Before deciding on my surgery, I consulted multiple doctors from several major and well-known hospitals in Bangkok. After all my consultations, I can confidently say that Dr Jirach is the most knowledgeable and detail-oriented doctor I have met. He was able to answer every single one of my questions with patience, clarity, and confidence, which gave me a lot of reassurance. What really stood out to me was his exceptional aesthetic judgement. At first, I was a little skeptical because the clinic only had 5-star reviews, which seemed almost too good to be true. But now I can honestly say that, yes, this clinic really is excellent. Throughout the entire process, I was well informed and properly advised. The doctor took his time to listen carefully to my concerns and addressed them thoughtfully. It's coming up on 3 months since I've had my eyes done at Bangkok Eye Aesthetics. Here's my honest opinion if you're looking to get this treatment done. I've been working in surgical field for 20 years. There are nuances us "insiders" look for in regards to competency and compassion of the doctor and their team. I went to get several different consults but what made me decide on choosing this clinic was the care and competency of entire team from the initial contact. Do your due diligence, there's definitely good doctors all over Bangkok. I just felt most comfortable and confident with Bangkok Eye Aesthetics. It was a very smooth and convenient process.
