I would exercise extreme caution when dealing with this clinic (hospital as they call it). I left a star for the doctor as I had a great experience with him and I appreciate his honesty. When it comes to this place in general in terms of cleanliness, no, hospitality/customer service, hell no!. I was there for hours, was barely acknowledged. I was taken to a room to undress for pictures but the state of the room was appalling! Weirdly painted walls, hairs on the floor etc. I've been to other clinics and this one doesn't come close. They claim to be a global organization yet can barely speak English especially the translator provided . Please bring your own translator! They are very disorganized infact, extremely so. Please ensure the coordinator you work with gives you something in writing as proof of agreement on prices as this clinic/hospital will not honor it. As a foreigner, I would strongly advise you to explore other options. Read their reviews with caution because I do not trust any. This is just my experience.

Am very disappointed with this company. Everything was all good until they failed to remove stitches and I had flown home and found them. Now they are ignoring all communication and requests to pay my costs I had to pay for their mistakes. .. due to their mistakes I have additional scaring and infections ....MAYBE RESPOND TO COMMUNICATION WOUKD BE A GREAT STARTING POINT...
