I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery with Dr. Kim and had a great experience. He speaks excellent English, took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and recommended what he felt would suit my eye shape best. All of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The procedure itself was quick and painless. For the first two days, I felt some tension around my eyes, but after that everything felt normal. My eyes are healing very quickly and beautifully, and I’m so excited to see the final results once fully healed. The clinic is very clean, and it’s reassuring that they have English-speaking staff—Dr. Kim included. If you’re considering getting this procedure done, I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Great experience overall! I flew from the US to get my double eyelid surgery here after doing a lot of research and I got my surgery done with Dr. Kim Kibum. The clinic itself is so nice and clean. The staff is also really sweet, informative, and just professional. Everything was so fast, thorough, and efficient, I rarely had to wait during any of my appointments. My consultant Emma was amazing, she spoke perfect English so there was no miscommunication errors. Even when we communicated through KakaoTalk, everything was seamless. I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get double eyelid surgery! I’m so excited to see my fully healed results.

I had revision DES (incisional), ptosis correction, and eye bag repositioning with Dr. Choi. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience! The doctor is professional, attentive, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Additionally, he speaks very fluent English, so communication was smooth and reassuring. The procedure itself was painless, to my surprise, and I felt well taken care of throughout. The staff are all friendly, and the nurses are gentle and careful. Appointments were well-organized and ran on time. Looking forward to seeing the final results once the swelling goes down. I’m really glad I chose Wink for my revision DES and highly recommend it!

After extensive research, I chose wink Plastic Surgery specifically because of its strong specialization in eye procedures, which was very important to me. Before traveling, I was already in contact with Emma via WhatsApp, where we discussed my concerns and expectations in detail. She, together with Dr. Kim, carefully reviewed several of my photos and recommended a lower eye fat repositioning combined with a fat transfer. Upon arrival, I had a very thorough and reassuring consultation the day before the surgery with Emma and Dr.Kim in person. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and both Emma and the medical team spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy and comfortable. The procedure itself was performed on-site in the clinic’s own operating facilities. The team of women in the operating room was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process(!!!!) Post-operative care was excellent. I had two (out of three, as I traveled back earlier) follow-up laser sessions to help reduce swelling, received all necessary medications, and had regular check-ups with the doctor. Emma was always available via WhatsApp for any questions or concerns, which gave me a great sense of security. What surprised me the most was how smooth the recovery was. Just three hours after the procedure, I already felt well enough to walk around Seoul. I experienced no pain or significant discomfort at all. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone considering a similar procedure. This has truly been one of the best medical experiences I have ever had

I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Choi on April 28, 2026 and I had an amazing experience. The staffs were kind, thoughtful especially Emma and Jessica helped me through this journey. My first impression of Dr. Choi when we did the in person consultant was he look so young, smart, gentle , professional and reliable that someone you can trust. After the consultation we had the surgery right after. 2-3 days after the surgery I FaceTime my wife in California and she couldn’t believe at the result. Dr. Choi did an amazing job, my wrinkles and sagging skins disappeared and now I can see my eyes again.
