My experience at VIP has truly been more than anticipated and expected. Dr. Lee is one of the best surgeons around the globe; my facial and neck modifications look AMAZING! I didn’t expect to look so young! 😊 Dr. Yoo did my eyes, the shape of them are too cute. The eye swelling is taking longer to heal but I am pleased with his work as well. All of the staff members; Ms. JoAnn (best and greatest Manager), ladies at the front desk, nurses, medical team, the Photographer, the drivers, the lounge/dinning staff, and the housekeepers are remarkable people. Everyone is SO kind, friendly, professional, attentive and “On Point” when you need anything! I came alone on this trip from the US but they made me feel like family and took very good care of me. My coordinator, Ms. Julia is an extravert, her bubbly personality and professionalism was my initial communication while in the states. When I actually had my first face to face appointment in Korea at VIP, she ran towards me, called out my name and gave me a huge hug! I knew then, I had made the best decision! Thank you Dr. Lee, young Dr. Lee, Dr. Yoo, Ms. Joann, and staff for an Incredible experience!!!

VIP is very good place for plastic surgery, they are providing a complete services not just surgery but your accomodation and foods are included. The doctors, nurses, staff, chef, cleaning services they are all very nice and kind. Thanks to Dr Kim for have done my Potenza Laser, thanks to all the staff especially Myke and Min Su for their excellent services. Keep up your good job guys, see you in the future...

Dear Dr. Lee, JoAnn, and the VIP Team, I wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude for the exceptional experience I had over the past two weeks during my facelift surgery at VIP. From the start, Dr. Lee and JoAnn have been incredibly professional, and I am deeply appreciative of their expertise. The entire team has been attentive, kind, and always willing to assist with anything I needed throughout my stay. One aspect I would especially like to highlight is the thoughtful inclusion of an apartment and meals for patients. This made my recovery process much more comfortable and eased my mind after the surgery, allowing me to focus on healing. My VIP surgery experience was entirely elevated. The online consultation was smooth & the in person consultation was thorough. Everyone is very kind & considerate. Myke, Cristina, & Julia are sweet & meticulous. Eric, the driver, was very patient taking us places. This whole process has been seamless. The daily check ups were comforting & the regular spa treatments were something to look forward to. The food was nutritious & delicious. I would do this all over again. No regrets. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the wonderful experience we had at VIP Plastic Surgery in Seoul. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel like family. The doctors are incredibly professional and pay attention to every little detail you can really feel how much they care about each patient. My aunt had her surgery here, and her recovery was so fast thanks to the amazing team. I especially want to thank Aunt Ping Ping, who was always there for us checking on my aunt’s condition, giving her personal care and love, and even sharing travel recommendations around Jeju to help us relax while she was recovering. She reminded us to eat on time, take medicine properly, and made sure everything was perfect every single day. The food was healthy and so delicious, it felt like home cooked meals made with love. Every day, they arranged a detailed schedule for doctor checkup and facial treatments after surgery, so we never had to worry about anything. Even though I was only there to accompany my Aunt Eva, I still felt the warmth and world class service they gave to everyone not just the patient. VIP Plastic Surgery truly lives up to its name. They don’t just treat patients, they care for people with heart. I’ll always be thankful for the experience and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine care and professionalism. ❤️
