My first time having surgery here, and I felt very comfortable. Most importantly, I’m really happy with the results. The place is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. All the staff, nurses, and doctors are highly experienced and very gentle. When I came here, I saw many people from different countries as well. There’s also no need to worry about language barriers because everything is explained very clearly with the help of translators. Thank you, View, for the amazing experience 🤎

The doctor was very professional and explained everything in great detail during the consultation, without any pressure or hard selling, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. The surgery process went much more smoothly than I expected, and the nurses were incredibly gentle and caring throughout. They also followed up and checked on me during my recovery period. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I highly recommend this clinic.

The hospital is so prepared since Day 1 I arrived at the airport. There was a driver to picked me up by the private van and dropped me off in front of View hospital. I checked in the counter on 1st floor and the tanslator came to attend me at all time. This included every process of the health checkup, consulting with doctor and the manager until the payment process. Everyone was so kind and treated the customer/ patient with respect. The hospital location is in the middle of shopping and restaurants area. No need to worry about food at all. Yesterday, I got my face done. The translator was with me in the operating room until I blacked out and she was the one who woke me up fully from anesthesia in the recovery room. Once I was fully awaken, I change into PJ and walked back down to my room (I booked the hotel service inside the hospital building). Not sure about those who book the hotel outside though. ❗️My highly recommendtation❗️ 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼You shouldn’t come to get the surgery on your own. Please bring someone with you to take care of you especially right after the surgery… it’s pretty tough. 💰Prepare more money, you might want to do something else for the better outcome after consulting with the doctor. The thought of ‘As I’m already here in Korean plastic hospital and I’ll be in pain anyway, let’s just get everything done at once’ would definitely pop up on your mind😂 Overall, I like this hospital so much. Very professional🥰

I visited View Clinic for a consultation, and the experience was excellent. My surgery with Dr. Kim Jeong Min is scheduled for tomorrow, and the staff has been incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. They explained everything in detail, answered all questions patiently, and helped me feel calm and positive. A special thank you to our translator Lisa for her competence, kindness, and genuine support. She made the whole process smooth and comfortable. So far, everything has been wonderful, and I feel very confident going into the surgery.
