I am from China. I often travel between China and Korea for skin treatments, and every time I go to Korea, I stay at the same guesthouse. There is a big community there, and many people get different procedures like facial contouring surgery and lifting. Last year, I met a patient from RNWOOD who just had a facelift. When I saw her, it was only 9 days after her surgery. I was very surprised because her incision line looked so clean and her recovery was very fast. After I saw her, I immediately booked a consultation. After the consultation, I paid the deposit and reserved my surgery date. Honestly, I wanted to get a facelift for 5–6 years. The results are even better than I expected, and my recovery was very fast. The consultant who took care of me could speak Chinese and stayed with me the whole time. On the fifth day after surgery, I really wanted to eat tteokbokki, a Korean rice cake dish. There is a small stand near the clinic that sells very delicious tteokbokki. I didn’t have cash and I can’t speak Korean. My consultant walked with me to the stand and even offered to send the money to the owner after I finished eating. I was very touched by this. I truly recommend this clinic, 10/10. I feel like I am in my 20s again, and my confidence is much higher now.

This is a jewel in Korea. I was blessed to find this place after much research and several visits to other cosmetic centers suggested by AI. Dr Ryu is most professional and well renowned international cosmetic doctor. I was impressed on my first visit when he patiently addressed all my concerns and made me feel most comfortable with such a crucial step in my life. I put my trust in him and he did not disappointed. The staff are most friendly and welcoming facilitating the process and accommodating to all your needs. They all speak English and make the recovery feel like a smooth ride. I had an excellent experience with RNWOOD and Dr. Ryu. I had two consultations before my procedure, and both times Dr. Ryu and the staff made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Ryu is clearly very renowned and experienced, but what really helped me make such an important decision was how at ease they made me feel throughout the process. The entire team was very professional, warm, and attentive. Communication was clear, and they were very accommodating with the questions or concerns I had. I never felt rushed and always felt that they genuinely cared about my comfort and wellbeing. After the procedure, I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have much bruising or swelling. It wasn’t long before I was able to return to my daily activities. One concern I had was that the back of my ears remained a little red even after I returned to Singapore. However, the RNWOOD team continued to support me through the postoperative healing process. They patiently explained what I should do and reassured me along the way, and the redness eventually went away completely. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. From consultation to aftercare, Dr. Ryu and the entire RNWOOD staff were attentive, supportive, and highly professional. I truly felt that I was in good hands.
