Got to know about Pixelab and Dr Kim from word-of-mouth recommendation and oh wow, I really love this place for a few reasons: 1. Value-for-money treatment. The clinic had some ongoing campaigns which allowed me to enjoy discounted prices for my required treatment. 2. Ease of communication, excellent service. Monica, my friendly assigned English translator was with me throughout the consultation and treatment, making me feel very assured and comfortable about what’s about to happen (it’s my first time doing aesthetic treatment and so the anxiety is real). No language barrier issue encountered and I see that they have Japanese and Chinese translators too. 3. Professionalism. Dr Kim took time to share with me the “science” behind the treatment and most importantly, did wonders in managing the pain level of the treatment. He is highly skilled for sure. I’ll definitely be back if I need to do other treatments in future.

Both my husband and I had positive experience here. It was our first time to try out skin treatments that require to go under the needle. Naturally, I was really anxious and unsure what to get. Thankfully, Grace, was there to help consult with the consultant and doctor, and translated everything smoothly. She was even there for mental support during the multiple injections, which I really appreciate. Will be back next time we come back to Seoul!

Amazing service! Highly recommended by both locals and foreigners. I don't speak Korean but they provided a translator and were easy to contact on whatsapp! They were so accommodating with appointment times and fit me in with very little notice. I got Botox for TMJ and they were so fast and the price was great. The injector had a great eye to detail and made the entire process very painless. If you're thinking about fillers or Botox, this is definitely the place! My injector also spoke perfect English, having grown up in Canada.

Wonderful experience getting an aqua peel & mole removal here. The staff, especially the translator, were so kind, helpful & attentive. I wasn’t rushed at all through the consultation and I was given options & prices without feeling pressured into booking anything. The clinic itself was very clean and comfortable with privacy during treatments, and free drinks in the lobby whilst waiting. During the treatments, I was informed every step of the way what was going to happen and all my questions were answered. I’d definitely recommend.

I was recommended this clinic by a friend of the company BPNEEDS. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They had an English interpreter who accompanied me at all times. During the consultation, they recommended the most suitable treatment, and I was able to choose the one that best fit my needs and budget without any financial pressure. The treatment I chose, since it was one of the recommended options, didn't cause me any pain, as that was one of my requirements. The spaces are clean and elegant, and although it's located in an older building, the facilities are modern and functional. The atmosphere in the waiting room is pleasant and relaxing, and they have drinks and coffee to make the wait more enjoyable. Even so, you don't wait too long since the attention is constant, from arrival until the end of the treatment. Highly recommended. The results depend on skin type and the treatments performed, so an opinion on that would be inappropriate. As for my results, they are entirely positive.
