The translators are really friendly and patient. During the consultation I was with a lady who speaks English. During the procedure I was with a lady who speaks mandarin. Both are great and translating what the consultant and doctor said professionally. My skin is thin and I highlighted this to them hence during the numbing procedure the employee applied a thick thick thick layer. Doctor is gentle and calm despite me shedding tears while he performed the eye Botox. It was my very first time getting such injections and their professionalism somehow helped with my anxiety. The doctor was like “cry after the procedure” and moved on right away lol

I really appreciated having Ray as my consult translator. He's from Brooklyn and is fluent in English and Korean. Kim was my surgery coordinator and she has a very friendly demeanor about her. I liked the crude drawings she made on the disclosure forms to illustrate what would happen before, during, and after the procedure. Dr. Jung was very patient in testing a few different options with me until I found one that I was looking for. The clinic is very clean and feels very professional. It's in an older building but as soon as you come off the lift you know Link is serious about its clinic and its patients. It's a beautiful space that is made to calm the nerves. The soft music, the slightly cool air, and even the fragrance in the air all set the mood. I felt supported every step of the way and they have thoroughly considered the procedures from consult through recovery from anesthesia. Got my consultation here at Link for DES, the clinic is quite clean and nice. The staff and the translators here are also very friendly. Their new retro photo machine is so cute where they offer free services or snacks.
