I had a great experience with AB Plastic Surgery. I am of Southeast Asian ethnicity, and this was my first time having a procedure, so I was quite nervous. I’m very glad that I chose AB Plastic Surgery. The staff were very friendly and caring, and I truly felt at home. They gave honest suggestions that suited me well, and the care I received was excellent. Special thanks to Alex and Susanne for their support from consultation, pre-surgery to Post-op, everything is easy to understand. Thank you as well to Manager Jo-Eun Lee for the clear explanations and great recommendations, and to Doctor Sung-Hwan Man, who promised to give his very best, the result exceeded my expectations. 😊 Will be back for more in the future. I recently had my jaw surgery consultation at AB Plastic Surgery, and my experience before surgery has been very positive so far. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process, which made me feel much more comfortable and less nervous. The consultation was detailed and informative, and the doctor took the time to carefully explain the procedure, answer my questions. Overall, I’ve felt well cared for and supported by the clinic team, and it gave me a lot more confidence moving forward with the surgery.

I cannot recommend AB plastic Surgery more! From the beginning I felt very well taken care of, the entire team goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need, and the physicians are extremely thorough and take time to explain things with an exceptional interpreter at my side at all times! Overall I felt heard, understood, and well taken care of. The experience feels super luxury! I will for sure be back for any further treatments in the future :)

This was my first time getting any surgery done overseas and whilst I had my reservations and was super nervous, I am so glad that I chose to get my procedures done through AB. They are professionals of the highest order! My pre-op consultation with them lasted 4 hours and in that time I completed my blood work, imaging, met with consultants and my surgeons all the while their amazing translator made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I also felt heard which was extremely important for me as I didn’t want a copy and paste procedure, and they exceeded my expectations. They listened to my concerns and goals, provided advice and guided me to the outcome we have arrived at together. The whole process was so thorough and felt so luxurious! I will be back time and time again for their expertise.

My experience with Ab plastic surgery clinic was professional, accomodating and tailored. Thanks to their very experienced and competent team of translators (Joel, Alex, Jessica), no concern or question was left unanswered. A thorough pre op consultation was taken with surgeons and staff. It is important to express all areas of concern, desired outcomes and aspects of what you would like corrected in detail. Seeing as surgery is so common and readily available in Korea (by cultural beauty standards), it is important to ask as many questions as possible if you are not familiar with plastic surgery. Both Surgeons who operated on me for my procedures (SMAS facelift, temporal lift, neck lift, brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis correction and fat transfer) had wonderful temperaments and post operatively I could tell instantly that their incisions were incredibly neat. Pride is taken in their work. I am currently only 12 days post op, and whilst I’m probably still swollen and have had an overfill of fat, the result is remarkably different and I am already back to more regular activities, sensation is returning to areas of my face and bruising has subsided. I have been told that final results are to be expected 3-6 months post op and I look forward to seeing what my final result will be. The brief I gave my surgical team was that I wanted to look like myself, but simply a younger and fresher version. Miss Lee, the manager, is very warm and accomodating. I have one final check up in two days before my departure to Australia. I look forward to sharing the results as they progress. I chose to have my face plastic surgery in Korea because of the volume, expertise and technology used in comparison to that of in my country. So far, I am confident and happy with my decision. I have been told that many Australian surgeons go to Korea for training when it comes to plastic surgery. The cost effective benefit to having the procedure done abroad compared to Australia, saving me 1000s, is a mere bonus. The only constructive criticism I will offer is that post operative pain management and nausea management could be better (and probiotics should be encouraged when prescribing antibiotics). I did not know I would be unable to consume water for 4 hours post op or even gargle - this should be communicated. My nurse, who was very limited in English, and I had to communicate through a translator (typing) which is a little challenging when first recovering. I too, know, that Korea has much stricter laws and limitations around pain management - something I didn’t know prior. Somewhat separately, the Repose Hair Salon (that I was sent to post op) for my complimentary hair wash ended up charging me exorbitantly and additionally on top of what was supposed to be a free / included service - the hair was itself was not very good. Thank you AB plastic surgery team for an overall positive experience. Back home I have already had many positive compliments from family and friends who have seen photos.
