Dr. Han Kyu-Nam was professional, honest, and very transparent. I began with an online consultation, which was detailed and informative, and this was followed by a face-to-face consultation. He clearly explained all potential procedures and after discussing my goals, recommended the best options for me. I had a minimal incision SMAS lift, fat grafting, and upper blepharoplasty, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The interpreters, Jean and Jen, were wonderful, making communication effortless and ensuring I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. The 345 Plastic Surgery Clinic team was attentive, supportive, and reassuring, which helped me feel calm and confident before surgery. I appreciated the clinic’s transparency, including access to CCTV footage of the surgery if needed, which gave extra reassurance about safety and proper practice. Post-surgery care was excellent, including Healite treatments to support faster recovery and thoughtful touches like complimentary hair washes. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and attentive. 😄 I had eye and nose surgeries with Dr. Song In Su and facial liposuction with Dr. Han Kyu Nam—both were kind, thorough, and answered all my questions. I’m very happy with my results and recovery so far, and I also received great dermatological treatments from their dermatologist. Their prices were reasonable, and I’m grateful for their English interpreters Jean and Jen, as well as their aesthetic consultant Tae Yeon Ju. I had a wonderful experience at 345 - I got skin boosters, laser and micro needling. They numbed me for a long time which I appreciate and then did the laser which was completely painless. Then I had the skin boosters which was not painful but a little uncomfortable but Dr Park is very skilled and made it not too bad. Then I got micro needling which was painless and a cool massage to help my skin cool down and heal. Overall Jean did an amazing job translating and helped talk us through the procedures while they happened which made me feel good. Thank you so much to the entire team at 345 for making the experience such a good one. I will definitely be back and will recommend your clinic to all of my friends who are interested. It’s 4 days after my treatments and my skin is already healing well and looks smooth and bright. I’m very happy with the results so far and excited to see the progress so far!

Before coming to Korea, I was worry about which hospital to choose and how my result will be and the complications of language barrier. However after coming to 345 Plastic Surgery, I did not regret choosing this hospital at all. My first expression of the hospital is, it’s super clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They also have great translator who stay by your side through every process and making sure that you understand every details that the doctor say. The doctor and the nurses are very knowledgeable in their work and also address and answer every concerned that you have. It felt really relieved knowing that the doctor understand what you want and is doing their best to make you the better version of yourself. I truly recommend 345 Plastic Surgery if you are thinking of getting surgery here. The experience that I have and the services that I got is unexplainable.
