I had a very traumatizing experience with this clinic and with Dr. Saurabh Bansal. My treatment was already ongoing at Max Hospital, Patparganj, where I had undergone an endoscopy and other tests, and I was diagnosed with H. pylori. The treatment there had almost cured my problem, and I was only experiencing some mild acid reflux symptoms. However, I decided to visit this clinic and consulted Dr. Saurabh Bansal. He ignored all my reports from Max Hospital and claimed that the endoscopy done by senior doctor Dr. Deepak Lahoti was not clear, and that I needed to undergo another endoscopy. In his report, he mentioned not only that I still had H. pylori, but also that I had a hiatal hernia and that my food valve was open up to grade 4, suggesting that I needed surgery. I was shocked and decided to take a second opinion from another gastro specialist. To my surprise, I was told that I do not have a hiatal hernia, I never needed surgery, and that I only have mild acid reflux symptoms. Dr. Saurabh Bansal is not even authorized to perform endoscopy. I don’t understand what he is doing or why he is giving false statements to patients. It feels like he is playing with people’s lives for money. I would never recommend him to anyone. If you are taking treatment from him, please reconsider and find a better doctor immediately. Trust me.
