I underwent Done UKR under Dr. Sunirmal Mukherjee, and I truly appreciate his expertise and excellent treatment throughout the procedure and recovery. I would also like to appreciate the wonderful nurses team — Pratidnya, Rukhsar, and Premlata — for their constant support, caring nature, and prompt assistance. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. The food was amazing and it truly felt like home. The overall hospitality, cleanliness, and patient care were outstanding. I recently visited Apollo Spectra Hospital for my mother’s gallbladder surgery, and I must say the overall experience clearly reflects why Apollo is such a trusted brand in healthcare. We reached the hospital at 7:00 AM, and within just two hours, my mother’s surgery was successfully completed. The efficiency and smooth coordination of the entire process were truly impressive. At the entrance, the security staff, especially Mr. Anurag, welcomed us with a smile and guided us to the ward. His helpful and polite nature set a very positive tone from the beginning. Inside the hospital, there was no typical “hospital smell,” and the environment was extremely clean, well-maintained, and fully air-conditioned. Even the general ward felt comparable to deluxe facilities. The medical team was outstanding. RMO Dr. Tushar Mane was extremely supportive and handled everything with calmness and positivity. He ensures patients feel comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Amit Rathod also explained my mother’s condition and post-operative care very clearly. Both doctors demonstrated excellent professionalism, patience, and strong clinical knowledge. The nursing staff (sisters) and support staff were very attentive and caring throughout the stay. Special thanks to them for taking such good care of my mother after surgery. The hospital maintains high standards of hygiene, including very clean washrooms. Food quality was another pleasant surprise—unlike typical hospital food, the breakfast and meals were well-prepared, hygienic, and tasty. Outside food is not allowed, but the in-house food quality makes up for it. The front desk and TPA team were also very helpful. They guided us through the Mediclaim process, explained all procedures clearly, and ensured a smooth discharge experience. Another great aspect is that attendants staying overnight are also provided with decent sleeping arrangements, which is very thoughtful. While the hospital may seem slightly expensive, the quality of service, care, and overall experience make it completely worth it. The hospital truly lives by its motto of “Patient First.” I sincerely thank all the doctors, nurses, RMO team, and support staff for their dedication and care. Grateful for such a positive experience.

Had a very good experience at Apollo Spectra Hospital Chembur where my aunt underwent UKR surgery under Dr. Sunirmal Mukherjee. Dr. Mukherjee explained everything very patiently and handled the entire procedure with great care and confidence. All the nursing staff, both day and night, were extremely caring and helpful throughout the stay.
