We had our first baby delivered at Aster RV Hospital last week, and we’re truly grateful for the wonderful care we received. This is such a special moment in our lives, and the support from the entire team made it feel even more memorable and reassuring. A special thank you to Agnes, the department coordinator, for being so kind, supportive, and always there when needed. We’re especially thankful to Dr. Shivani Chandan, who guided us through the pregnancy with so much care and handled the delivery with exceptional calm and confidence. Her support meant a lot to us. We also want to sincerely thank Dr. Maria, the physiotherapist, for being such a huge help to my wife during labor. Her massages, exercises, and constant support helped manage the intense moments so well and made the whole experience much smoother. She truly went above and beyond, and we’re deeply appreciative of everything she did.

We availed a health check-up package yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire process—from appointment booking to report collection—was seamless and well organized. A special mention to Priyanka, who was extremely helpful throughout the visit. She ensured that all the tests were completed on time and guided us through the process with great care and professionalism. The pathology lab staff were also very courteous, patient, and supportive. The hospital premises were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, which made the overall experience even more comfortable. Due to an unexpected emergency, my wife had to undergo an emergency delivery, and our baby girl was born at just 33 weeks. Her swift action, remarkable skill, and unwavering dedication made all the difference, and we will remain forever grateful to her. My heartfelt thanks also to Dr. Nikhil for ensuring our daughter was immediately taken care of. The care provided to my wife by the MICU and maternity ward staff was truly exceptional. Seeing our newborn in the NICU was emotionally overwhelming, but the NICU team gave us great reassurance and comfort. The doctors and nurses cared for our daughter with remarkable dedication and compassion, ensuring there were no gaps in her care. Even while she was away from us, we had complete peace of mind knowing she was in safe hands. The warmth and support shown by the nursing team, led by Nurse Sandhya, meant a great deal to us. Even after she was shifted to the ward, the NICU team continued to check on her, reflecting their genuine care and commitment. We will always be grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and quality care shown by the entire team. Recently I got treated at Aster RV Hospital for Kidney Stone issue. I got admitted based on recommendation from Dr. Caranj. Entire process from admission to Surgery, to discharge process was very smooth. Right information was shared in transparent manner and right timely care was given. Every department worked in good coordination and took care of me. Thanks to Dr. Caranj and Urology team for providing a good care and smooth surgery to help me recover from the issue that I was facing. I had been to Astor for my Mother's treatment. We consulted with HOD Oncology Dr CN Patil and then with oncology surgeon Dr Nashi Semitha. It was a pleasure to talk to them. With their positive outlook they calmed us down. Handled everything well. Their personal attention and involvement was admirable. As a hospital the nurses , Co-ordinator Krishna, Billing, Accounts, Insurance all worked in tandem and real speed with volumes of patients and for us as well. We got dates as 1 day later for a critical surgery. Discharge was also fast. Post billing they had a service where one can leave and clear the dues later. Awesome for patients not waiting for insurance to clear dues. Hospital itself is 5 star plus clean. Loacted conveniently in JP nagar.
