Very satisfied with the service and the operation. Communication via WhatsApp is particularly good, the service answers all questions. Everything is very professional. My only suggestion for improvement would be to send someone on the day of the operation who speaks English so that they can translate and we have a conversation, unfortunately the lady only spoke Arabic. The operation went really well and the result is very good after just a few weeks. can recommend the clinic with a clear conscience

Did not get to see his work.m because I am Not able to schedule an appointment!! They give me an appointment time and never stick to it. They gave me a quote but I’m trying to ask questions regarding timeline / healing which is needed for me to know how long I need to stay so I can plan my trip; they completely ignored me! told me the doctor will call back and he doesn’t. Made me wait for him one day all night (10 hrs times difference) and didn’t call on the scheduled time still and kept me waiting till this day. Not sure who’s the issue if it’s him or his staff but can’t believe they do business this way. Imagine I try to contact him after surgery!! Glad this is happening now then after when I really need him. So unprofessional!!
